Cancellation policy

  • In line with industry standards, our cancellation policy stipulates that 75% of the fees will be charged if the training is cancelled 15 working days before the event.
  • In addition, 100% of the fees are charged if the training is cancelled 5 working days before the event.
  • Also, it is not possible to move a confirmed training date.
  • We are flexible in the application of these terms and conditions. If they do not suit you, please do not hesitate to contact us .
