How long Réseau Annie RH keeps personal information

By using Google Analytics services, Réseau Annie RH may create reports containing audience statistics or browsing behavior. These documents are anonymized and contain no reference to IP address (it is impossible to link the data to a specific individual). This data can be kept for up to 2 years and is permanently deleted once the retention period has been reached.

How long Réseau Annie RH keeps How long

As long as you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your profile information will be stored in our Hubspot database. If you cancel your subscription to our newsletters, your profile will be automatically deactivated and you will no longer receive daily news releases (job postings) or monthly general information (or as needed).

Réseau Annie RH is exclusively responsible for processing data stored on the Hubspot platform. The profile information of users who have unsubscribed from our newsletter is deleted via a request to info@reseau-annie.ca.

Social networking

Réseau Annie RH gives you easy access to the content published on its digital platforms by including computer applications on its sites with direct links to the Facebook and LinkedIn social networks.

These social networks are likely to identify you, even if you have not used these applications when consulting our websites, as your personal account may be activated on your terminal (open session).

We have no control over the processes used by these social networks to collect browsing information on our sites.
